About Amoebunnies

Amoebunnies® is a faster to learn and easier to play asymmetric game for 2-6 players. Enter the enchanting Rainbow Mists and join the adorable amoebunnies on their whimsical adventures.

In Amoebunnies, each character has their own objectives, movement, and special abilities. Whether you're gathering items or placing them on the board, the varying gameplay ensures that every playthrough is fresh and exciting. Learn your character's strengths and focus on your strategy without needing to master every detail of the game.

Thank you to everyone who helped us fund at 840% of our goal! We appreciate your support and can't wait to get your games out to you.

We are currently hard at work getting the artwork finished. While the game itself is complete, assets need to be created for the expansion. Additionally, we're looking for ways to better organize and display the instructions, both for the manual and the individual sheets. Finally, there are some finishing touches that we'd like to apply here and there.

We're currently working with BackerKit to set up the pledge manager and surveys. Once that's ready all of our Kickstarter backers will be able to provide their shipping information which we can pass along to our fulfillment partners to make sure we get the lowest costs possible for everyone. Then we'll be able to open up the pre-order shop to allow people to modify their orders, or make new ones for those who missed the campaign.

Meet the Amoebunnies

Roy

Speedy and focused, this bunny rushes around the Mists taking care of errands for the various creatures of the lands.

Cam

The biggest of the bunnies, usually. He has a hard time staying together and will gloop off a bit here and there and glom back together again.

Sarı

Sarı loves to hide gifts for her friends to find. She doesn't mind keeping one for herself now and then either.

Midori

Flying carefree around the lands, Midori can usually be spotted chasing rainbows to find whatever might lie at the end.

Sunil

Creative but forgetful, Sunil likes to express himself with his art. Hopefully he won't get lost along the way.

Violet

Studious and inventive, Violet wants to learn more about the world around her. She'll find ways to overcome obstacles that get in her way.

History of Amoebunnies

Brainstorm Clouds

The first bunnies were drawn as simply random sketches in Darcy's sketchbook.

Developing Personality

Most of the character development came from the development of a mobile game for the Android.

Sketchy Gifts

Darcy would regularly give gifts that would contain bunnies within the pages.

Streaming Days

The bunnies got their first exposure when featured on Jaime's Twitch stream.

Getting Crafty

Jaime's wife Sandy crafted a set of amigurumi Amoebunnies which were a hit for everyone.
